A word from Pat our textile engineer - The basic design for the fall arrest harness in North America came primarily from two locations, one was the European light weight Sports Climbing Harness one-size-fits-most, copied and introduced approximately in 1982 and the other is of the parachute harness going back over 50 years, these designs are what's reflected in the fall protection harnesses today.

Since 1982 most manufacturer's have copied the basic light weight rock climbing sports body harness mainly for the "one-size-fits-most" feature and added their own variations.

Fallsafe.net™ also continued with the light weight sports climbing harness one-size-fits-most but with a variability, we know that the Sports Climbing Harness were not designed for the workplace. As much as most harnesses look alike they are not, Fallsafe.net™ found out many years ago, although most harnesses look alike there is subtle differences that make one harness fit better than another.

We paid attention to these important details and made changes to make the harness more comfortable, such as paying attention to the length of the lower bottom straps, leg buckles, upper body length and the placement of the Dee rings. With the right changes we can discourage rubbing, chaffing and discomfort and also insure a snug fit yet commissioning lots of freedom for movement. In other words, a harness should feel and fit like any comfortable garment. Talk to us for a new harness experience.

With the new easy snap in and out buckles on all connections which includes upper body and leg straps, includes our special double-lock safety feature, why use anything else?
